Four on the Door

Following the Success of the Launch, Four on the Door is back!

Here’s Aprils Lineup….

We are Fingertrap, and we are a brand new Piano led, four piece, Alternative band from Rhondda Cynon Taff, South Wales.

By impressing the producers of ‘The Grad Factor’ when filming the TV show and the team at NBT Music, we were introduced to Music Producer Gavin Monaghan who’s credits include Paolo Nutini, Ocean Colour Scene, Editors, Lonsdale Boys Club, The Twang, Nizlopi etc.

We recently went into the studio with Gavin and recorded two tracks ‘Return if Found’ and ‘Ring Ring’, which will be released soon.

Our tracks are hard to define and categorise. Our music is completely different to anything you have probably heard before.

But our quirky lyrics, and up-beat music are always a hit with the crowds and enjoyed by many!

The Safe House are a 6 Piece acoustic pop band based in Cardiff

They have spent the last 2 years developing and refining their sound and songs,they have had great reception as a band and have played live on BBC radio and other stations. One of the highlights for the band was working with Rupert Flindt on a surround sound test recording for the BBC last  summer.

The Safe House  released their debut album “steady as we go”  in october 2012 which was entirely produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by two of the band members. The band prides itself on it’s ability to perform live, and with most of the members either studying at or graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, the band’s live gigs have not only impressed the general public, but have also been well received by professional musicians, music lecturers and other creative media professionals.

Formed back in the later days of 2011, The Lay-Lows are a 4-piece indie rock outfit from Cardiff, South Wales.

With influences including Thin Lizzy, Kings of Leon, The Police and The Pixies, all helping to create their individual style. Whilst their second EP is racking up plays and free downloads on their SoundCloud; they’re currently recording a third to follow.

Back To November are a four piece folk/pop acoustic group from South Wales.

Having recently recorded their début release at the renowned ‘Acapela Studios’ in Cardiff, Back to November are in the process of promoting their own material, with performances at The Globe Cardiff, Cardiff Bay, the world famous ‘Mama Stones’ in Exeter.

Their unique dynamism of two vocals and two guitars makes for an individualised performance style -mixing evocative lyrics with original melodies -mixing influences ranging from classic rock to 60′s folk, from contemporary pop to U.S soul and funk. Back to November recently performed to a capacity crowd at The o2 Arena after recently winning ‘Best Original Song’ of Open Mic U.K, and will definitely be an act to watch in 2013.

Back To November are also due to complete recording on their hotly anticipated début release in February 2013. They have a string of performances booked across Cardiff, are due to appear on Kent radio, and later in the year will be performing at the world famous Cardiff coal exchange and in Liverpool, no doubt followed by their army of fans, who have set up their own website and Twitter page and are contributing to throughout bands 13, 000 YouTube hits and counting.
