We are following Welsh government Covid guidelines to keep our staff, artists, and customers safe.
The venue runs various events, classes and activities and each one will be assessed individually on the type of activity it is. There will be information available on the individual events page of our website for event specific measures. We will also do our best to contact attendees in advance for our larger events to inform them of entry requirements and what they can expect to be in place when they attend an event.
How are we keeping you and our staff safe?
If you feel unwell, have any Covid symptoms or have been notified as part of the Track and Trace process, please do not attend the venue. If before an event you have a ticket or you feel unwell, please do not attend and e-mail email@example.com
We will be happy to credit the value of your tickets to your account so that you can use it on future ticket purchases. Exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours ahead of a performance if a ticket holder cannot attend due to Covid-19.
We encourage everyone to get vaccinated if possible. Our staff will take a lateral flow test test before any of our large events.
For our large capacity events ( all our gigs) we will be following the welsh government requirement to show an NHS COVID Pass. This will entail a visual check on entry for one of the following certifications (as evidenced via the NHS COVID Pass):
Proof of a full vaccination – remember second dose must be at least 14 days prior to the event.
Natural immunity – based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the event and the result on NHS App.
A negative lateral flow test, same day as event – results registered.
Please note the venue will not provide lateral flow tests to allow entry.
When entering the venue for a non-ticketed event you will be required to provide your name and phone number. If you have purchased a ticked in advance, we will already have your details.
We will store your information securely for 21 days and we won’t use it for any other purpose other than handing it over to NHS Test and Trace if requested.
NHS Test and Trace ensures that anyone who develops symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) can quickly be tested to find out if they have the virus helps trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive for coronavirus and, if necessary, notifies them that they must self-isolate at home to help stop the spread of the virus.
If you are contacted by NHS Test and Trace, it’s because you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus. It is advised you take a lateral flow test.
When moving around the building, and ordering at the bar masks must be worn. Our staff will wear masks when face to face with public. As per the government guidelines this is not mandatory in hospitality settings, but we ask that you respect the venue and its staff by following our policy.
Hand sanitising stations are at all entrances and exits and in each space. The venue has an increased cleaning schedule in place.
To minimise transmission risk we will only be taking card payments.
We will continue assess these guidelines as government advice develops and increase or decrease restrictions as required. LAST UPDATE 20/09/21
